Creating a Neurodiverse Talent Pipeline for the Biomanufacturing Industry

This program is the first holistic training program for autistic adults for employment in the biomanufacturing industry. It provides participants with social skills training, individualized career coaching, completion of the Advanced Certificate in Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing from the National Center for Therapeutics Manufacturing, and a guaranteed interview with Pfizer or Johnson & Johnson. Simultaneously, it also provides training on neurodiversity to industry hiring managers and manufacturing supervisors to ensure that participants will be hired and supported in their future roles.
