This initiative aims to elevate the preparedness of service members for careers in biopharma by linking their readily transferable soft skills with targeted technical training. It will leverage technical training infrastructure and programs to:
1.) Facilitate relationship-building with military installations and participant recruitment.
2.) Exercise existing workforce readiness programs located in regions with significant military presence to deliver biopharmaceutical. manufacturing training to 50 military service members, military spouses, and/or veterans.
3.) Collaborate with Merck and Pfizer to network and interview program participants.
