We are pleased to announce additions to IACMI’s technical team and the IACMI Consortium Council: David Snowberg with the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) and Johnathan Goodsell with Purdue University.
Effective immediately, Snowberg serves as both Technical Area Director (TAD) for Energy and the Energy Working Group (WG) co-leader for IACMI. Snowberg and other IACMI members will be exploring multiple forms of energy including geothermal, nuclear, marine, and wind. From exploration and resource recovery, power generation and storage to transmission and distribution, how can composites drive efficiency and resiliency across the energy landscape?
On September 30, both Snowberg and Goodsell joined the IACMI Consortium Council as representatives of national labs and academia. The Council, working with the CCS Board of Directors and IACMI staff, approves strategic plans, annual budgets, technical plans, projects, and IACMI management practices.
