LIFT, the Department of War-supported national advanced materials and manufacturing innovation institute, has officially announced the Advancing ICME for U.S. Casting & Forging Industries Project Call.
LIFT is seeking innovative solutions from industry and academia to advance the state of Integrated Computational Materials Engineering (ICME) for the U.S. casting and forging industries. This project call will address key challenges and opportunities identified in the ICME roadmap, with the goal of developing and transitioning solutions to the defense industrial base for broader adoption and impact. Areas of interest are outlined in the information packet.
