MxD is pleased to welcome Kathleen S. Miller, founder and principal of Lakeside Advisors LLC and former Deputy Under Secretary of Defense Comptroller, to its Board of Directors. Her appointment became effective June 11.
“Kathleen’s experience at the highest levels of government and defense operations will provide tremendous value to MxD and our network,” said MxD CEO Berardino Baratta. “Her leadership in financial management, logistics and organizational performance aligns closely with MxD’s mission to strengthen and secure U.S. manufacturing.”
Miller is a nationally recognized leader in defense and federal management with more than two decades of executive leadership experience across the U.S. Department of Defense (now called the Department of War), the U.S. Army and the Internal Revenue Service. Throughout her career, she has managed large organizations, overseen complex operations and directed multi-billion-dollar budgets in support of national security and military readiness.
