Dow Chemical Adjusts Manufacturing Processes to Produce Hand Sanitizer and Will Donate $3 Million to Help COVID-19 Relief Efforts

Dow announced in a news release that they will donate $3 million to global organizations and local nonprofits to help COVID-19 relief efforts. The company is also repurposing a factory in Germany to produce roughly 300 tons of hand sanitizer per month, which it will donate to hospitals and pharmacies in Germany. A U.S. facility is also being repurposed for hand sanitizer, and the company will release more information in the near future, according to the release. Full Story.
